Marty Katz’s practice concentrates in the area of family law, estate planning, probate, and personal injury. Marty has successfully litigated and resolved hundreds of cases ranging property division, spousal and child support in divorce cases to probate and personal injury matters. For the past 40 years, Marty has prepared wills, trusts, and health care directives for individuals, married, and unmarried couples. His practice encompasses representing LGBTQ clients in the areas of family law, estate planning, personal injury, and probate. He was instrumental in obtaining unlimited funding for the Committee to recall Governor Evan Mecham by winning a landmark decision before the Arizona State Supreme Court.
